Kang Hong Tan
Non-Executive Director ACA (UK) FIPA (Aus)
Mr Tan has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1983 and a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants in Australia since 1998. Mr Tan spent ten years as an Accountant with La Trobe University Union. Before coming to Australia, in Malaysia Mr Tan was the Group Financial Controller of Tanming Corporation Berhad for four years. Mr Tan established his first small cash loan branch in Glenroy, Victoria in August 2000. He has been the architect for the policies and procedures of Money3 with a strong attention to detail and knowledge of the industry. Mr Tan held an ownership interest in four of the Money3 trading companies prior to being acquired by Money3.
Non-Executive Director B.Ec (Hons), LLB (Hons), LLM (Commercial Law)
Mr Nicholson brings broad commercial and legal experience to Money3, specifically in the area of mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has practised extensively in the consumer credit regulatory sector and has provided legal advice to Money 3 in relation to both its corporate and consumer credit obligations since 2010.
He is also a Non-Executive Director of AMA Group Limited.
Mr Nicholson was a Corporate Partner at a leading national law firm, gaining experience with a breadth of ASX listed entities, before co-founding Foster Nicholson Jones in 2008.

Mr Robertson’s background includes broad experience in business advisory, investment banking, alternative investments and funds management, in addition to extensive experience in the consumer finance sector. Mr Robertson currently provides consulting services focused on deal origination and structuring primarily in the unlisted market, and he is a Director of Ellerston Global Investments Limited and Ellerston Asian Investments Limited.
Mr Robertson has held senior roles at BT Funds Management, KBC Investments Limited and Zurich Financial Services both in Australia, London and New York. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In addition he holds a Masters or Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Managing Director BEng MBA GAICD
Joining Money3 in 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Baldwin brought a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and technology. Appointed to the board in 2009, Mr Baldwin established and led the growth of the secured finance division at Money3. Prior to joining Money3, Mr Baldwin spent over a decade in a variety of senior roles with General Electric Healthcare, from Sales & Service across Asia to leading infrastructure projects and working on the Asian Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Board and Corporate Governance
The Board recognises the importance of good corporate governance and establishing accountability of both the Board and management. The Company has undertaken a review of its governance framework, policies and practices to ensure where practicable without incurring substantial costs given the size of the Company, they are consistent with the ASX recommendations. As a result of the review, the Board is satisfied with the Company’s application of the principles in the ASX recommendations, and that the Company’s corporate governance framework, policies and practices will ensure the continued effective management and operation of the Company.
The Company’s corporate governance policies centre around the Board, the Board committees and the principles that govern their interaction with, and oversight of, management. The Company’s corporate governance framework, policies and practices will remain under regular review as expectations and requirements develop. In addition, the Board will comply with ASX Listing Rule 4.10 which requires the Company to provide a statement in its annual report disclosing the extent to which those best practice recommendations have been followed in any reporting period and identify any recommendations that have not been followed as well as providing reasons for this.

Prior to joining Money3, Mr Harris acquired a wealth of experience working through varied industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services. Mr Harris previously spent 4 years in various roles including CFO and Company Secretary at listing property group Wentworth Holdings Limited. Prior to Wentworth, he spent 10 years as Group Financial Controller for a large Financial Services company Oamps Ltd. Mr Harris brings a strong background in financial reporting, company secretarial, mergers and acquisitions and change management. He is also a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) and after spending 5 years in the role of CFO, looking after all financial aspects of Money3’s operations and overseeing several acquisitions, Craig now spearheads the growth of the secured division via the broker channel.
Chief Financial Officer & Joint Company Secretary
Joining Money3 in January 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and joint Company Secretary, Mr Coventry is an experienced CPA and governance professional with nearly two decades of senior finance experience across high growth FMCG and technology spaces. His most recent experience was in senior finance and commercial roles at ASX listed Catapult Group International Limited (CAT), Mr Coventry was the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for listing CAT on the ASX. With significant experience in financial management, capital raising, acquisitions, commercial operations and corporate governance, he brings a wealth of financial knowledge and expertise to the role.
Chief Information Officer
Joining Money3 in January 2017, Mr Camilleri has a finance and IT background, with nearly 20 years in senior IT roles across the manufacturing and FMCG sectors. After a stint in Chartered Accounting he moved into traditional finance and then IT roles as he was drawn to the technology and information systems aspects of running a business. With strengths across general, operational and IT management, Mr Camilleri believes IT should support and lead the strategic intent and be a cross functional enabler across the whole organisation.
General Manager Branch & Online Network
With experience in general management, leadership, operations, sales, audit and compliance in high growth, national organisations, Michael is responsible for the unsecured division of Money3 which includes the branch network and Cash Train online business.

Mr Cook has acquired over ten years' experience branding, optimising and marketing for the short term finance industry. He is also the creator of a number of successful brands, such as PaydayUK and Cash Train.
